As the founder and managing partner of Indigenous, Bonito is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Company through the establishment of goals, strategies, and all other requirements in order to ensure organizational success. Having served in the United States Army and the Intelligence Community (IC) for over a decade, Bonito brings critical knowledge and experience needed to ensure Indigenous services meet the objectives of our IC partners. During his time in the Army, he served conventional units and special mission elements both in the United States and overseas during times of conflict. He is a Honorably separated Service-Disabled Veteran and holds a degree in Intelligence Operations.
Dolly brings a wealth of experience to Indigenous Intelligence, including business development, strategic relations & communications, proposal management, and project management arenas. She has supported initiatives for agencies in the Department of Defense, Department of State, and Health & Human Services. In leveraging this experience to lead the Indigenous BD, Capture, and Proposal strategies, she combines a rare blend of strategic and organizational skills with a genuine understanding and concern for customers’ and partners’ needs to create strong, reciprocal business relationships. When she is not working to develop Indigenous business, she can be found tending to the small historic farm she shares with her family in Maryland or volunteering with international relief organizations.
